Thank you to all who have contributed to the Friends organization in the past and we hope you continue to support the library in the future! The Friends board meets quarterly with an annual meeting taking place in May. Some of the recent projects have included:
- Purchasing a variety of new items for the STEM table and play area in the Children’s Library.
- Providing two brand new light tables for the Children’s Library.
- Serving refreshments and handing out “Snowman Soup” packets during the “Christmas by Candlelight” event in December.
- Sponsoring the brand-new Book Return. This book return was built and installed by a local family.
- Hosting several authors including, Patty Wetterling and Joy Baker, Allen Eskens and William Kent Kruger at the Cottonwood County Historical Society.
