Winter Storage

Inside, secure storage for your RV, boat, trailer, or vehicle is available in the outbuildings that surround the Windom Arena each fall, beginning the Tuesday after Labor Day until the March 31st. 

Height Restrictions are: 

Rates per month are based on length:

• $125.00 per unit 20 feet or less
• $150.00 per unit over 20 feet and up to 30 feet
• $200.00 per unit over 30 feet

We require payment via cash or check at the time the item is placed into storage.  Checks should be made payable to the “City of Windom”.

Storage items are accepted by Arena staff during business hours which are generally 9 am through 5 pm weekdays or by appointment.  The Arena Director can be reached at 831-6122 (office) or 822-0514 (cell) to answer questions or to schedule an appointment for storage acceptance or removal.  Due to limitations on storage, once items are placed into storage they are not accessible again until Spring.

Reservations are required for our storage. Current Renters are given first option for the following year. Available spaces are then given out based on the waiting list and the unit that best fits the available space.
