Bill Payment Options
The City of Windom offers a quick and easy payment options for customers to pay their utility bill (includes electric, water/wastewater, cable, phone and internet). These options include online bill payment, bank draft authorization (E-Z Payment Authorization Program), in person and by mail.

Pay By Mail
The traditional method. Pay your bill with a personal check or money order upon receipt of your bill.
Pay in Person
Bills may be paid in person at the following locations:

Use depository on south side of City Hall building or in the alley behind the building. |
