Landlords can provide written notice of the inspection to tenants. The property owner or manager must sign one copy and provide it to the City prior to the inspection.

This form should be completed by tenants if they will not be present for the inspection. Completed forms must be returned to the City prior to the inspection.

Tenants should be familiar with the complaint process before submitting a written complaint to the City. Please read the complaint information here:
